Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Rotini pasta
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 slc bacon, minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Cooking Onion minced
  • 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Each salt and pepper
  • 2/3 c. 10% cream
  • 1/3 c. Chicken stock
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine Minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add in bacon and cook till translucent/soft. Stir in garlic, onion and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 min or possibly till mushrooms begin to brown.
  3. Increase heat to high and stir in thyme, salt and pepper. Stir in cream, stock and wine. When mix boils, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Add in warm liquid removed pasta and toss. Garnish with minced fresh parsley and serve immediately.
