Receta Creamy Mushroom And Onion Rotini

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Rotini pasta
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 slc bacon, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 x Cooking Onion minced
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp Each salt and pepper
- 2/3 c. 10% cream
- 1/3 c. Chicken stock
- 1/4 c. Dry white wine Minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Cook rotini pasta according to package directions.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add in bacon and cook till translucent/soft. Stir in garlic, onion and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 min or possibly till mushrooms begin to brown.
- Increase heat to high and stir in thyme, salt and pepper. Stir in cream, stock and wine. When mix boils, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Add in warm liquid removed pasta and toss. Garnish with minced fresh parsley and serve immediately.
