Ingredientes

  • 60 gm marg
  • 500 gm sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 x onions, finely minced
  • 500 gm mince
  • 575 gm jar pasta sauce
  • 250 gm pkt curly lasagne sheets
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat marg in a pan, add in mushrooms & cook 3-4 mins. Add in flour, mix well. Cook 1-2 mins. Add in lowfat milk gradually, stir over a mod heat till mix is thick & smooth, season to taste.
  2. Meat Sauce:Heat oil, add in onion & mince & cook over mod heat for 5-6 mins. Add in pasta sauce & simmer for 20 mins. Layer lasagne, half the meat sauce in a 35 x 25 x 6 cm greased baking dish, add in half the mushroom sauce, repeat layers. Top with cheese. Bake 30-35 mins @ 180 degrees C
