Receta Creamy Mushroom Lasagne

Ingredientes
- 60 gm marg
- 500 gm sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x salt & pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 x onions, finely minced
- 500 gm mince
- 575 gm jar pasta sauce
- 250 gm pkt curly lasagne sheets
- 1 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- Heat marg in a pan, add in mushrooms & cook 3-4 mins. Add in flour, mix well. Cook 1-2 mins. Add in lowfat milk gradually, stir over a mod heat till mix is thick & smooth, season to taste.
- Meat Sauce:Heat oil, add in onion & mince & cook over mod heat for 5-6 mins. Add in pasta sauce & simmer for 20 mins. Layer lasagne, half the meat sauce in a 35 x 25 x 6 cm greased baking dish, add in half the mushroom sauce, repeat layers. Top with cheese. Bake 30-35 mins @ 180 degrees C
