Ingredientes

  • 1 quart. sliced, peeled potatoes (about 2 lbs. whole)
  • 1 c. sliced onions (about 1/2 lb.)
  • 4 teaspoon butter
  • 4 teaspoon flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan heat butter on medium heat; add in flour and seasonings. Blend well. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stir and cook till thickened. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stir and cook till thickened. In a 1 1/2 qt greased casserole layer half the potatoes, and all onions; add in half the sauce. Top with remaining potatoes and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. NOTE: For a main dish, top potatoes with ham slices.
