Receta Creamy Pasta With Cheese

Ingredientes

1/2 pound pasta noodles 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. Ricotta cheese

1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Pepper

Direcciones

1. Cook pasta till tender (do not overcook); drain. Return pasta to pan; add in butter and toss till melted and pasta is coated.
2. Stir Ricotta and yogurt into pasta. Gradually add in Parmesan cheese, stirring till sauce is hot and creamy and cheese melts. Season with pepper. Serves 4.
