- Preheat oven to 350°F.Chop artichoke hearts, garlic, water chestnuts, crab and put into a large bowl.
- Defrost frzn spinach and drain all excess water. Chop again and add in to bowl. Add in the cheese, parsley, lemon juice, and mayonnaise, salt and pepper, as desired.
- Mix together, put the mix into an oven safe dish (preferably a glass pie dish). Top with more cheese if you like!
- Pop in the oven for about 20-30 min. (This recipe can be prepared in advance and then cooked the next day if you like)
