%20but%20what%20you%20might%20not%20know%20is%20that%20I%20love%20to%20shop%20almost%20as%20much.%20%20It's%20not%20that%20I%20necessarily%20feel%20the%20need%20to%20always%20make%20a%20purchase,%20in%20fact,%20I%20have%20been%20known%20to%20fill%20up%20my%20cart%20at%20a%20discount%20store%20and%20then%20just%20leave%20it%20and%20walk%20out%20the%20door.%20%20The%20fun%20is%20the%20search%20for%20the%20bargains,%20I%20feel%20victorious%20when%20I%20have%20found%20them,%20but%20I%20may%20not%20always%20need%20them,%20so%20I%20leave%20them.%20Anyway,%20the%20point%20is,%20Labor%20Day%20weekend%20is%20a%20huge%20sidewalk%20sale%20holiday%20and%20I%20wanted%20to%20take%20full%20advantage%20of%20any%20bargains%20at%20our%20local%20outlet%20mall.%20%20Since%20I%20was%20not%20planning%20on%20being%20home%20in%20time%20to%20make%20supper%20and%20because%20I%20knew%20I'd%20be%20to%20pooped%20to%20cook%20at%20that%20point%20anyway,%20I%20made%20dinner%20in%20the%20morning%20so%20it%20was%20waiting%20for%20me%20when%20I%20got%20home.%20%20In%20case%20your%20interested,%20all%20I%20bought%20was%20some%20cosmetics%20BUT%20today%20I%20am%20going%20to%20have%20to%20go%20purchase%20a%20TV%20because%20mine%20blew%20it's%20bulb%20last%20night....grrrr!%20%20Fortunately,%20there%20are%20still%20sales%20to%20shop!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECreamy%20Shrimp%20and%20Pasta%20Salad%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECook%20pasta%20according%20to%20the%20directions%20on%20the%20package.%20%20Drain,%20rinse%20with%20cold%20water%20and%20drain%20again.%20%20Place%20pasta%20in%20a%20large%20mixing%20bowl.%20%20In%20a%20sauce%20pan%20bring%203%20cups%20of%20water,%20a%20splash%20of%20vinegar,%20several%20tablespoons%20of%20Old%20Bay%20seasoning%20and%20half%20a%20lemon%20to%20an%20easy%20boil.%20%20Add%20peeled,%20cleaned%20and%20deveined%20shrimp%20to%20the%20cooking%20liquid%20and%20cook%20for%20approximately%203-5%20minutes%20or%20until%20shrimp%20is%20just%20cooked%20through.%20%20Reserve%20approximately%202%20tablespoons%20of%20cooking%20liquid%20and%20add%20it%20to%20the%20cooled%20pasta.%20%20Drain%20the%20shrimp%20and%20let%20cool.%20%20Meanwhile,%20make%20sauce%20by%20combining%20mayonnaise,%20ketchup,%20hot%20sauce,%20horseradish%20and%20bit%20of%20chopped%20fresh%20dill,%20parsley%20and%20a%20tablespoon%20or%20so%20of%20Old%20Bay%20seasoning%20in%20a%20mixing%20bowl.%20%20Add%20shrimp%20to%20the%20pasta%20and%20pour%20over%20the%20creamy%20sauce.%20%20Stir%20well%20to%20combine%20and%20refrigerate%20in%20an%20air%20tight%20container.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
