Ingredientes

  • 1 can reduced-fat cream of celery soup (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 lb fresh or possibly thawed frzn shrimp shelled, deveined
  • 1/2 c. diagonally-cut (1") fresh asparagus (or possibly thawed frzn asparagus)
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 3/4 tsp dry thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper Warm cooked rice or possibly orzo for serving

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat 2-qt baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine soup, shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms, green onions, bell pepper, garlic, thyme and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Place in prepared baking dish.
  3. Cover and bake 30 min. Serve over rice, if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
