Creamy Shrimp Chowder

I had some leftover Shrimp from the New Years Eve Party and made this delicious, easy chowder, it was a hit!

Ingredientes

  • 4 cups cooked Shrimp
  • 2 cubed potatoes
  • 2 cups Fish Stock
  • 2 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1-1/4 teaspoon corn starch
  • one tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley (garnish)
  • Black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Boil cubed potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside
  2. In a soup pot add stock, corn starch and whisk well together, add cream, cover and cook on medium low heat 10 minutes, add cooked potato cubes and cook 6 minutes, add cooked shrimp and stir together cook 4 minutes. Garnish with parsley, pepper.
  3. Soup's done!
  4. Enjoy.
