Receta Creamy Shrimp Chowder
I had some leftover Shrimp from the New Years Eve Party and made this delicious, easy chowder, it was a hit!
Ingredientes
- 4 cups cooked Shrimp
- 2 cubed potatoes
- 2 cups Fish Stock
- 2 cups Vegetable Stock
- 1 cup light cream
- 1-1/4 teaspoon corn starch
- one tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- Chopped Fresh Parsley (garnish)
- Black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Boil cubed potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside
- In a soup pot add stock, corn starch and whisk well together, add cream, cover and cook on medium low heat 10 minutes, add cooked potato cubes and cook 6 minutes, add cooked shrimp and stir together cook 4 minutes. Garnish with parsley, pepper.
- Soup's done!
- Enjoy.
