Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1 can (6 1/2 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed
  • 2 med. stalks celery, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
  • Assorted fresh vegetables (sliced mushrooms, cherry tomato halves, minced broccoli)
  • Shredded cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix and water till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Pat dough in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with floured hands, forming 1/2 inch rim. Bake till crust is light brown, about 10 min. Cold 10 min.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, horseradish, pepper sauce and tuna; spread proportionately over crust. Divide dough into 6 wedges with celery slices. Top wedges with vegetables and cheese. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Cut into bite size pcs or possibly serve with small knife and let guests cut their own. Chill any remaining appetizer.
