Creamy Two Potato Crockpot Soup

Ingredientes

  • 4 med Sweet potatoes, diced
  • 2 med Red potatoes, diced
  • 1 lrg Onion, diced
  • 4 med Carrots, diced
  • 6 x Cloves garlic, chopped Salt, to taste Fresh grnd pepper, to taste
  • 49 1/2 ounce Chicken stock
  • 8 ounce Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. Cream

Direcciones

  1. In a 5 qt crockpot, combine potatoes, onion, carrots, garlic, salt, pepper and stock. Cook on low 10 to 12 hrs. During the last 10 min of cooking time, stir in velveeta till melted, stir in cream and turn off crockpot. Cover and let sit till serving time.
  2. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
