Receta Creme brulee with thyme
A simple,easy,and fresh dessert.Creme brulee have many variations: lemon,orange,forrrest fruits,and some exotic flavours like this.

- Preparation:Pull out the liquid cream from the fridge,and,let it at the room temperature.Preheat the oven at the 130 C.Put in the oven a vessel resistant,at the heat,filled at a half with warm water.Boil the milk.Take it from the fire,add the thyme,and,cover the pot,to let the infusion 10 minutes.When the milk is total chilled,mix and strain the composition,and,take out the thyme leafs.Beat the yellow with the sugar,them,pour in the bowl,the milk,mixed with liquid cream.The obtained cream,is poured in individual forms,who,are,then,introduced in the oven,in the vessel filled with water.Let the cream,in the bain-marie,for an hour.
- Then,put in a pot,some water and brown sugar.Heat the pot,till the water and sugar,become a caramel sauce.After you take out,the cream from the oven,cover it with the sauce,and,let it chill.
- Only,when,it is total chilled,you may put the cream in the fridge,for some hours.
- Advice:You shouldn,t fill the whole vessel,with water for bain marie.You risk that the water,to pass over the level,of the vessel,mixed with the cream.
