Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 2 c. candied fruits
  • 1/2 c. minced almonds
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 6 egg whites
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. candied cherries
  • 1/2 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Cream the cream cheese and shortening. Add in sugar and cream till light and fluffy. Add in egg whites one at a time, beating well after each. Sift together dry ingredients. Combine lowfat milk, wine and flavoring. Add in sifted dry ingredients to the creamed mix alternately with liquid. Add in 1/2 c. flour to nuts and canned fruit, then fold into cake batter. Bake in 2 well-greased loaf pans at 275 degrees for 1 hour. 2 loaves.
