Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. butter unsalted
  • 4 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 x red or possibly green chilies or possibly jalapenos minced
  • 2 Tbsp. minced rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. minced thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. minced oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. basil chiffonade
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 Tbsp. cayenne Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 x lemon juiced
  • 20 piece shrimp - (16/20 size) shells on

Direcciones

  1. In a saute/fry pan, heat butter and peanut oil. Add in garlic and saute/fry for 2 min, then add in all the herbs and spices, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and continue to saute/fry for 2 min more. Add in shrimps and saute/fry till cooked through, don't overcook.
  2. This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
