Receta Creole Bbq Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. butter unsalted
- 4 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 x red or possibly green chilies or possibly jalapenos minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. minced thyme
- 1 Tbsp. minced oregano
- 2 Tbsp. basil chiffonade
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 Tbsp. cayenne Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 x lemon juiced
- 20 piece shrimp - (16/20 size) shells on
Direcciones
- In a saute/fry pan, heat butter and peanut oil. Add in garlic and saute/fry for 2 min, then add in all the herbs and spices, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and continue to saute/fry for 2 min more. Add in shrimps and saute/fry till cooked through, don't overcook.
- This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
