Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chopped Italian parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole or possibly Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/8 tsp warm pepper sauce - (to 1/4 tspn)
  • 1 head cabbage quartered, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. thinly-sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 x tomato - (to 2) peeled, seeded, and diced

Direcciones

  1. Combine mayonnaise, parsley, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds and warm pepper sauce in large bowl. Add in cabbage, onions, celery and tomato.
  2. Mix slaw; make sure dressing proportionately coats vegetables. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs or possibly as long as 6 hrs.
  3. Before serving, stir well and adjust seasonings.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
