Receta Creole Cole Slaw

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. light mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped Italian parsley
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Creole or possibly Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- 1/8 tsp warm pepper sauce - (to 1/4 tspn)
- 1 head cabbage quartered, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. thinly-sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 x tomato - (to 2) peeled, seeded, and diced
Direcciones
- Combine mayonnaise, parsley, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds and warm pepper sauce in large bowl. Add in cabbage, onions, celery and tomato.
- Mix slaw; make sure dressing proportionately coats vegetables. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs or possibly as long as 6 hrs.
- Before serving, stir well and adjust seasonings.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
