Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 can shoe peg corn (Niblets), liquid removed
  • 1 lb can tomatoes, liquid removed
  • 1 sm onion, minced
  • 1 x rib celery, finely minced
  • 1/4 lb cheese, grated salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat drippings. Add in flour and brown. Add in corn, tomatoes, celery, and onion.
  2. Mix well and remove from heat. Make layers in 2 qt casserole, alternating vegetables and grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 30 min
  3. (covered) in 350 degrees oven.
  4. Serves 8.
