Receta Creole Corn Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 can shoe peg corn (Niblets), liquid removed
- 1 lb can tomatoes, liquid removed
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 1 x rib celery, finely minced
- 1/4 lb cheese, grated salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Heat drippings. Add in flour and brown. Add in corn, tomatoes, celery, and onion.
- Mix well and remove from heat. Make layers in 2 qt casserole, alternating vegetables and grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 30 min
- (covered) in 350 degrees oven.
- Serves 8.
