Ingredientes

  • 5 slc white bread, 1" thick cubed
  • 1/4 c. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and shake to coat.
  2. Arrange seasoned bread cubes in an even layer on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min or possibly till croutons are crisp and golden brown.
