Ingredientes

  • 5 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. molasses
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. each of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt
  • 2 tsp. baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt and spices.
  2. Beat Large eggs, sugar, butter till light, beating whites separately.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, folding in whites last.
  4. Turn into a greased and floured a square or possibly loaf cake pan.
  5. Bake at 350
