2 3/4 c. bread flour
2 Tbsp. gluten
1 1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp chili pwdr
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp cayene pepper
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. finely minced celery
1/4 c. finely-minced red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. diced liquid removed pimentos
1 Tbsp. dry chopped onion
1/2 c. canned tomato soup plus
1 Tbsp. canned tomato soup
1 x egg
1 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp molasses
2/3 c. V-8 vegetable juice hot
Direcciones
Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the White Bread cycle.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
