Receta Creole Tomato Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt active dry yeast
- 2 3/4 c. bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. gluten
- 1 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp cayene pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. finely minced celery
- 1/4 c. finely-minced red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. diced liquid removed pimentos
- 1 Tbsp. dry chopped onion
- 1/2 c. canned tomato soup plus
- 1 Tbsp. canned tomato soup
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp molasses
- 2/3 c. V-8 vegetable juice hot
Direcciones
- Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the White Bread cycle.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
