Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
  • 1/2 lb Scallops
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp
  • 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c. light cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 10 x cooked crepes (recipe below)
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Direcciones

  1. Simmer onions, Shrimp, Scallops and mushrooms in the wine for 5 min.
  2. Heat butter in a saucepan. Stir in salt and flour. Pour in cream and cook, stirring constantly, till thick. Drain seafood and add in. Fill the cooked crepes; fold and put in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven for 10 min or possibly till cheese melts.
