Ingredientes

  • 8 x French style crepes
  • 1 1/2 c. cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp. brandy
  • 8 x glace chestnuts in syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. icing sugar

Direcciones

  1. Whip cream till stiff. Mix in sugar, vanilla, brandy, 1/4 c. chestnut syrup and the minced glace chestnuts.
  2. Spoon about 1 tblsp onto one end of crepe and roll up.
  3. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
  4. Glace chestnuts are available in most continental delis. Not to be confused with water chestnuts used in oriental cookery.
