- Whip cream till stiff. Mix in sugar, vanilla, brandy, 1/4 c. chestnut syrup and the minced glace chestnuts.
- Spoon about 1 tblsp onto one end of crepe and roll up.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve.
- Glace chestnuts are available in most continental delis. Not to be confused with water chestnuts used in oriental cookery.
