Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. C minced onion
  • 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced ripe olives, liquid removed
  • 1 pkt (1.25 ounce) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (8 ounce) Refrigerated Quick Crescent Rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornmeal
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 4 ounce shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Shredded lettuce Diced tomato Avocado slices

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375. In large skillet, brown grnd beef and onion; drain.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, olives and taco seasoning mix; set aside.
  3. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 10-inch pie pan or possibly 9-inch square pan; press over bottom and up sides to create crust.
  4. Sprinkle cornmeal over crust.
  5. Bake at 375 for 5 min (crust will be puffy when removed from oven).
  6. remove from oven; spoon meat mix over cornmeal. Spread lowfat sour cream over meat; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 14 to 19 min or possibly till crust is golden. Serve topped with lettuce, tomato and avocado.
  7. Notes: To lower the nutritional information, I use fat-free lowfat sour cream and Cheddar cheese. I have also used grnd turkey instead of the beef.
