Receta Crisp Sesame Bread ( Khasta Roti )

- Make a stiff dough with the flour ghee salt sesame seeds and water as needed.
- Make equal sized balls 3cm in diameter.
- Then roll out each ball to a flat disc 12cm in diameter.
- Heat a griddle and gently place the roti on it.
- Lower the heat and dot the roti with ghee.
- Turn over once and cook till both the sides are crisp.
- Serve warm (immediately if possible).
- This recipe is for a bread which goes well with a meat curry. It is a bread made on special occasions.
- Serves 4
