Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Won ton skin
  • 1/2 lb Grnd pork
  • 8 x Water chestnuts, chopped
  • 8 x Shrimp, shelled and chopped
  • 1/4 c. Green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh, grated
  • 1 tsp Sherry

Direcciones

  1. HEAT OIL IN WOK Or possibly DEEP FRYER TO 360 .
  2. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SKINS. PLACE ABOUT 2 Tsp. FILLING IN CENTER OF EACH SKIN AND FOLD. DAMPEN EDGES WITH Mix OF WATER AND CORNSTARCH TO SEAL. DEEP FRY Till BROWN AND CRISP.
