- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ginger, fresh, grated
- 1 tsp Sherry

- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SKINS. PLACE ABOUT 2 Tsp. FILLING IN CENTER OF EACH SKIN AND FOLD. DAMPEN EDGES WITH Mix OF WATER AND CORNSTARCH TO SEAL. DEEP FRY Till BROWN AND CRISP.
