Ingredientes

  • 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded, about 1 1/2 pound
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 red pepper, minced
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds

Direcciones

  1. Combine cabbage, peppers, onion and sugar in a large bowl. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate2 hrs.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring till salt dissolved. Pour over cabbage mix, toss gently. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs before serving. Will keep several days in the refrigerator. Yield 6-8 servings.
