Crispy Deviled Chicken With Noodles

Ingredientes

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 c. potato flakes
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • Noodles

Direcciones

  1. Boil chicken in sufficient water to cover it. Add in salt and poultry seasoning. Boil till done. Cold. Save liquid. Remove fat from liquid. Boil noodles in chicken liquid till done. Pull chicken from bones and cut into smaller pcs. Dip in egg then potato flakes. Coat generously. Fry in butter till crispy and golden brown. Serve with noodles and cheese sauce.
  2. CHEESE SAUCE: 1/2 to 3/4 c. broth, 1/2 c. lowfat milk and 1 c. or possibly more cheese. Heat and thicken with cornstarch.
