Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce white onion, sliced, thinly
  • 4 ounce lowfat milk
  • 2 ounce flour
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp turmeric salt pepper

Direcciones

  1. Pass the sliced onions through the lowfat milk. Combine flour, garlic pwdr and turmeric. Pass onions through seasoned flour.
  2. Deep fry at 375 degrees F. till golden brown. Drain and season with salt and pepper.
