Ingredientes

  • 1 gallon cucumbers, any size, sliced thin
  • 8 sm. onions, sliced
  • 2 peppers, sliced; optional
  • 1/2 c. pickling salt

Direcciones

  1. Fold in porcelain (or possibly plastic) pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. pickling salt on top. Cover with 3 trays ice cubes; let stand 3 hrs.
  2. Drain cucumbers. Add in to boiling vinegar mix. Heat to boiling point, but Don't BOIL. Hold temperature 3-5 min. Seal in sterile jars.
