Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Grnd pork
  • 1/2 lb Small shrimps, minced
  • 1/2 lb Fish cake dough (Awa)
  • 3/4 c. Bamboo shoots, minced
  • 4 x Dry mushrooms, minced
  • 2 1/4 tsp Green onion, minced
  • 2 tsp Chinese parsley, minced Salt to taste Oyster sauce
  • 1 box wun tun

Direcciones

  1. Soak dry mushrooms, remove stems. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place a Tbsp. ofmixture into each wun tun. Fold crosswise and seal with water. Deep fry at 375 degrees til brown. Barbara Yim
