Crispy Red Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 8 lg. red potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 stick of butter, sliced
  • 1 large onion, quartered and thick sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Set oven to 475 degrees
  2. In a microwave and oven safe dish with a cover, add potatoes and butter, cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
  3. Stir and top with onion chunks.
  4. Cover and microwave for 6 minutes more.
  5. Stir. When potatoes are fork tender, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake at 475 for 15 minutes, uncovered
  8. Stir and bake for 15 more minutes
