Receta Crispy Red Potatoes
Ingredientes
- 8 lg. red potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 stick of butter, sliced
- 1 large onion, quartered and thick sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Set oven to 475 degrees
- In a microwave and oven safe dish with a cover, add potatoes and butter, cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
- Stir and top with onion chunks.
- Cover and microwave for 6 minutes more.
- Stir. When potatoes are fork tender, season with salt and pepper.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 475 for 15 minutes, uncovered
- Stir and bake for 15 more minutes
