Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Red snapper fillets
  • 2/3 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. Melted butter
  • 1/4 c. Grated onion
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd thyme
  • 1 dsh Cayenne pepper Paprika Lemon wedges
  • 1 x Sliced avocado (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in 16 X 10" baking pan.
  2. In bowl combine bread crumbs, butter, onion, chili pwdr, salt, thyme & pepper. Sprinkle mix over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Bake 20-25 min in 350 oven. Serve with lemon wedges & avocado.
