Receta Crispy Red Snapper Fillets

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Red snapper fillets
- 2/3 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. Melted butter
- 1/4 c. Grated onion
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd thyme
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper Paprika Lemon wedges
- 1 x Sliced avocado (optional)
Direcciones
- Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in 16 X 10" baking pan.
- In bowl combine bread crumbs, butter, onion, chili pwdr, salt, thyme & pepper. Sprinkle mix over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 20-25 min in 350 oven. Serve with lemon wedges & avocado.
