Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Cloves garlic - chopped
  • 1 stalk celery - minced fine
  • 1 x Carrot - minced fine
  • 1 x Yellow onion - minced fine
  • 1 lb Sirloin - diced
  • 1 x Italian sausage
  • 1/2 c. Red wine
  • 2 x 28 ounce. can tomato puree Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Directions: Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in celery, carrots and onion.
  2. Saute/fry lightly. Add in sirloin and sausage (throw away casing) and saute/fry.
  3. Add in red wine and reduce. Add in tomato puree and season with salt and pepper.
