  • 3 tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. burgundy wine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
