Ingredientes

  • 4 to 5 lbs. pork roast, or possibly fresh picnic ham
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (16 ounce.) bottle barbecue sauce

Direcciones

  1. Place meat and water in crockpot. Cover and cook overnight or possibly 8 to 12 hrs on low. Remove bone and fat from met. Throw away liquid in crockpot. Put meat back in crockpot. Add in barbecue sauce. Cover and cook an additional 1 to 2 hrs on High or possibly 4 to 5 hrs on low, stirring two or possibly three times. Serve from crockpot on buns.
