1 (8 ounce.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
2 tbsp. oil
1 (12 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 c. shredded sharp processed cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion, optional

Toss cooked macaroni in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in all other ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crockpot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hrs. Stir occasionally.
