Crockpot Baked Bean And Wiener Soup

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 lb wieners sliced diagonally
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (21 ounce) baked beans shredded cheddar cheese if you like

Direcciones

  1. In large pan saute/fry onion, wieners and garlic in margarine till onion is tender. Stir in flour & mustard. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, till smooth & bubbly. Gradually stir in tomato juice, water, Worcestershire sauce and baked beans; cook till thickened, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 30 min, stirring occasionally. Garnish each serving with cheese. (I also add in a little A-1 sauce sometimes, or possibly use V-8 juice instead of tomato-whatever's handy!)
