Ingredients: 1/2 c. minced onion; 1 lb wieners sliced diagonally; 1 x garlic clove chopped; 3 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter; 3 Tbsp. flour; 1/4 tsp dry mustard; 2 c. tomato juice; 1 c. water; 2 tsp worcestershire sauce; 1 can (21 ounce) baked beans shredded cheddar cheese if you like

Ingredientes

1/2 c. minced onion
1 lb wieners sliced diagonally
1 x garlic clove chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. water
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 can (21 ounce) baked beans shredded cheddar cheese if you like

Direcciones

In large pan saute/fry onion, wieners and garlic in margarine till onion is tender. Stir in flour & mustard. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, till smooth & bubbly. Gradually stir in tomato juice, water, Worcestershire sauce and baked beans; cook till thickened, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 30 min, stirring occasionally. Garnish each serving with cheese. (I also add in a little A-1 sauce sometimes, or possibly use V-8 juice instead of tomato-whatever's handy!)
