Ingredientes
- 2 x Carrots sliced
- 1 tsp Dry oregano opt.
- 2 x Garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 lb Shrimp, raw shelled
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Rice cooked
Direcciones
- Put chicken and all remaining ingreds. (EXCEPT SHRIMP AND RICE) in crockpot.
- Cover pot. Cook on low 4 to 5 hrs, or possibly on high 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Place shrimp and rice in slow-cooker. Cover pot. Cook on High for 35 min.
