Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef, browned & liquid removed
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 x Green pepper, minced
  • 14 1/2 ounce Tomatoes, whole, or possibly
  • 2 lrg Tomatoes, sliced & quartered
  • 16 ounce Tomato sauce
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Rice, converted, raw

Direcciones

  1. Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs (High 3 hrs).
  2. We like a spicier (hotter) flavor and a moister casserole, so I replace the tomato sauce with 2 tbsp Warm Thick & Chunky Salsa, 1/4 c. sherry and 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce.
