Receta Crockpot Spanish Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef, browned & liquid removed
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 14 1/2 ounce Tomatoes, whole, or possibly
- 2 lrg Tomatoes, sliced & quartered
- 16 ounce Tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. Water
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Rice, converted, raw
Direcciones
- Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs (High 3 hrs).
- We like a spicier (hotter) flavor and a moister casserole, so I replace the tomato sauce with 2 tbsp Warm Thick & Chunky Salsa, 1/4 c. sherry and 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce.
