Crocodile With Basil And Coconut Cream

Ingredientes

  • 500 gm Crocodile meat, cut into strips
  • 40 ml Oil
  • 100 gm Onion, finely minced
  • 40 ml fish sauce
  • 150 ml Coconut cream
  • 10 gm Brown sugar
  • 5 gm Coriander root, minced
  • 30 gm Basil leaves, sliced
  • 3 x red Chillies, finely sliced

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a stewpot, add in onion and chillies. Fry gently till soft, add in Crocodile and saute/fry for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add in fish sauce, coriander root, sugar and basil and cook for about 1 minutes.
  3. Pour in Coconut cream, bring to the boil and remove from heat.
  4. Serve garnished with fresh basil.
